A “physically charged & fearless” duet celebrating powerful femininity; ‘parading’ their physicality with pride & positivity - transforming vulnerability to strength and power. PARADE is driven by bold, unapologetic movement, virtuosic & unified partner-work, live powerful music and striking visual elements. MANA have worked closely with groups of young women in workshops that centre around individual expression and strength. Choreography translated from these workshops uses real life experience to create authentic movement and highlight female stories. PARADE is a multidisciplinary captivating duet which takes audiences on a compelling visually immersive experience. A piece that expresses the hardships but also the strength of being female in today’s society.

Awarded the South East Dance Brighton Fringe Award and in collaboration with Mr Bongo Records, this show has been a highlight at the Brighton Fringe from 2021 to 2023, consistently selling out. MANA delivers a compelling duet followed by a DJ set featuring live percussion, inviting the audience to partake in a night of dancing and live music. Their aim is to introduce a new dimension to contemporary dance through the integration of various disciplines, with the overarching mission of establishing an inclusive platform for everyone.

IN-STINCT is a Multi Award winning, Arts Council-supported female duet, known for its bold physical performances. This duet serves as a powerful expression of identity and empowerment, drawing inspiration from influential women in the performers' lives. It's a tribute to their resilience and nurturing qualities. Rooted in human instinctual behaviours, rituals and the importance of community, this dynamic and energetic performance not only inspires and uplifts but also fosters a sense of connection for all who experience it.
Toured around the UK in Brighton (Brighton Spiegeltent), London (Cockpit Theatre), Durham (Assembly Rooms Theatre), Liverpool (LEAP Festival), Bournemouth (Pavilion Dance West), Hereford (Courtyard Theatre) and Sheffield (Theatre Deli).
LONG LIVE

LONG LIVE serves as a reflection on the pressing concerns of oppression and inequality, while also celebrating the inspiring movements striving for societal transformation. Initially created as a short film during lockdown, LONG LIVE gained recognition with South East Dance's 'Ones to Watch' award. It has since evolved into a dance production performed by MANA across the UK. Furthermore, MANA has been commissioned to choreograph LONG LIVE for groups such as 3Fall Youth and Ceyda Tanc Youth.
